We understand how important it is to receive your order as soon as possible, especially when waiting upon a package to arrive for birthdays and holidays. Please plan ahead and accordingly with our production and shipping schedule.

We cannot speed up the production time under any circumstance.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Your order will ship after the production process. Please allow for shipping time as follows:

  US SHIPPING  5-8 business days  

  INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  2-4 weeks  

Tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on the item ordered.

Depending on the size of the item ordered and the number of pieces, all items ordered may not arrive in the same box or on the same day.

We are happy our products are known around the globe and are pleased to ship worldwide. International Orders, please allow at least 2-4 weeks for delivery. 

Please note, we are not responsible for international shipping or customs delays. We do not offer refunds due to delays with international shipping or customs, nor do we issue refunds due to customs fees or taxes. 

The international shipping charges do not include the applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid at the time of delivery.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
CANCELLATIONS
We do not accept cancellations after 24 hours due to the specialty nature of our made to order products. Once a product has been put into production, we cannot stop your order.

If you should decide within the 24hr time frame that you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

We do our best to assure merchandise arrives within the quoted delivery time frame. Due to Covid-19, we may experience delays with production and shipping.

Production Delays
We will notify you in advance if an unforeseen production delay occurs.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

We will send a shipping notice to your email when your order ships. After receiving your shipping tracking number, you may check the shipping status and tracking updates from your postal carrier service or here on our tracking page.

We do not offer refunds due to production or shipping delays.

Lost Packages
We are not responsible for postal carrier errors, however, we do our best to assist and ensure your order arrives in the timetable specified. 

Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for stolen packages from your doorstep or lobby. Please watch your shipment with your tracking number to prevent such a loss. You can check your tracking from your postal carrier service or here on our tracking page.
