RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY?
Bella Bella & Co. has a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused in transit contact Customer Support immediately.
We will ask for photos to determine the best course of action. All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt. Bella Bella & Co. reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.
If your return is accepted, we will give instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom Name, Personalized Orders & Custom Design
Custom name or personalized orders and custom designed orders are non refundable. If there is an error on our part due to a name mispelling or other design error, we will correct the issue and send a new replacement.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, typically 3-7 business days, depending on your payment method.
